1. Constructed 8 Deluxe flats in 6600 Sq.ft, each with a minimum of 1400 Sq.ft. Built up area.

2. Each flat has been provided with minimum 2 covered car parking and each block have one lift (one block has 4 houses).

3. In additional, we laid Heat proof tiles in the terrace to minimize the heat that comes into the houses.

4. We have registered more than 50% of the build up area of each flat as UDS.
